ZM0010: I2C2MEM Protocol and Firmware Document

Target firmware will work on a TI MSP430F2013 (includingTI ez430 development tool) and on a NXP LPC2148

Test firmware for MSP430F2013 and LPC2148 runs on an LPC2148 with results reported through UART0.
