A cart system that enables direct online sales (under certain conditions) and presales enquiries to be easily generated is now available. Orders can also be commenced by email.

There are three pricing arrangement.

'Off the shelf'	All new and existing customers. These products can also be ordered through a web cart web or be included in presale enquiries through a web cart web	Free MIG and BLUE field upgrade files as they are made available apply for programmed C9-D28 parts. MIG and BLUE functionality is interconvertible.
Quoted	A quote for a specific functionality subset is provided following communication and a request. Minimum item type order quantity is 100	Customers need to have experience of 'Off the shelf' versions to specify functionality subset. Quotes should be preceded by inquiry and dialogue. Bootloaders and so firmware upgrades and interconversion do not apply
Established	Customers established and ongoing with ZGUS with a proven record of quantity sales. Also customers prior to 9 June 2009.	Free firmware upgrades for ZG1B firmware on C7-D28 will be limited and will cease before 'Off the shelf' C9-D28 BLUE parts due to lower chip resources. Currently SGET parts cannot be field upgraded

Prices are in Australian Dollars.

Discounts (up to 50%)

Discounts apply to quantities of the same product item within a single order. For example a single order of 10 MIG chips will be discounted at 25%. An order with five MIG chips and five BLUE chips will not be eligible for discounts. An order that includes 30 MIG chips and 30 BLUE chips will have the MIG chips discounted at 40% and the BLUE chips discounted at 40%.

For Australian orders 10% GST is added.

Packaging/Handling Prices

For parcels with weight under 500 gm there is a fixed packaging/handling charge of $6. For Australian orders 10% GST is added.

Delivery Prices

Delivery charges are added at cost price as per delivery method agreed.

For confirmed orders with value under $75; low delivery costs and quick turnaround ordering applies (subject to stock availibility).

Delivery within Australia can be as low as $4.20 (GST included) for parcels with value under $75 (GST included).

Delivery to the US can be as low as $9.05 (no GST included) for parcels with value under $75.

GST (or Sales Tax)

There is a sales tax called GST that is applied at a rate of 10% to Australian orders only.
